A Bay of Blood

After a wealthy landowner is murdered at her remote bay estate, a scramble for property and inheritance turns vicious. As relatives, outsiders, and opportunists circle in, a group of teens wandering onto the grounds adds fuel to a growing chain of violent confrontations and suspicion.
